Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 3–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or holiday rush.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
Occasional promotions may offer discounted or free shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
Thermal Oven is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Thermal Oven is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to the wrong location caused by the carrier

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

We will work to resolve the issue quickly.


International Shipping

International shipping may involve additional customs fees or taxes charged by your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
