At Thermal Oven, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and include all accessories and packaging.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that:

  • Have been used

  • Are damaged due to misuse

  • Are missing accessories or original packaging

  • Are purchased during final-sale promotions (unless defective)


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video and your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return after receiving it.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
